KURANDERO is the most recent musical work composed, performed and produced by Colombian multi-instrumentalist Anthar Kharana. Kurandero is the result of an exaltation of music as a source of medicine and the elements of nature as the origin of wisdom.

The word "Kurandero" (Curandero/a) describes the ancient male and female healers of the Andes who, through their connection and understanding of the different realms of nature such as animal, vegetable, mineral and human achieve a deep communication that later translates into acts that generate positive transformation into the everyday realities of being.
